Hi I Have Dizziness For 3 Months. I Had MRI

Hi I have dizziness for 3 months. I had MRI and VNG tests done. MRI came back normal but VNG showed down beating nystagmus when gaze is held steady on right and left. The report says it is central abnormality. I am really worried as to what it might be? What could be the causes?
