Hi , I Have Done My Fusion Surgery L3/4/s1,,, 2

Hi , I have done my fusion surgery l3/4/s1,,, 2 years ago and fusion in my neck 5/6/7 level also 2 years ago
Last year I have lamenactomy for l2/3/4
Now I have lot of weekness in my both feet and toes as well no much feeling in my legs as well if I stand more then 30 minutes or I walk my back side get open and wet my under pain I need to have shower after that so I check my self my both finger can go true my back hole ( lol) my urine if I'm seating no much feeling but when I stand I must run to toilet some time I can't hold my self this happen lately after 2 years from the operation
As well my both arm from also side to my palm risk I feel lot of pain after short drive or any work around the house
2years ago I don,t complain any of this until I have car accident some idiot heat my car from back after that I have my l2/3/4 lamenactomy and start complain my pain in both arms as well my legs weekness and legs as well my back hole an my bladder ...
So what is my solution my friend please help
