Hi, I Have Dry Cough, Some Moments Of Shortness Of

Hi, I have dry cough, some moments of shortness of breath and burning like chest pain. I visited my GP 2 weeks ago, had an ECG and chest X ray, which were normal. Also, last week I had a special breathing test, now waiting for the result (2 weeks). Today I did not feel well, and had dry cough every time when laughing or talking. Should I see my doctor tomorrow or wait for my test result?
