Hi. I Have Ear Fullness Feeling, Toothpain Now And Then

Hi. I have ear fullness feeling, toothpain now and then and permanent head tightness and tinnitus high pitched all the time. Had it for three months. What's causing it. Doctors say i dont have an ear infection. Its making me suicidal now. I just want my head to lightening. My vision is like its got gas molecules infront so i feel am not actually here but spaced out
