Hi I have elevated cpk enzyme levels. My history is laminectomy for trapped nerve in spine, scoliosis, HPB, TIA? and arthritis I am taking prescription drugs for these conditions for pain: Lyrica, Crestor, Olmesartin, Physiotens,. Non prescription medicines are Panadol Osteo, low dose aspirin, Chondoitrin.
My symptoms are muscles aches, cramps in feet, legs and hands, dry mouth and thirst especially at night, some memory issues, pain in my eyes, I have pain in my hip, fingers, ankle due to osteo arthritis. I do Clinical Pilates every week, in a small group with personal supervision by physiotherapists. Sometimes it hurts to do the exercises but I only do them to my capabilities. I also walk once a week for an hour and try to do as much exercise as I can. I would like to know what the creatine enzyme levels mean and what can I do to help myself to feel better. I am 73 years old. I am on a diet to try to get to 60kgs rom 67kgs.
