Hi I Have Encountered Pulling Feeling On The Mid Left

Hi I have encountered pulling feeling on the mid left back of my body if I sleep lie on my back and while driving. Its okay if I walk of just sit without any back rest and if I stand its fine. It happened two days ago. Before this, my last exercise the morning before was a back bend. And the next day morning, I had this symptom.
At the same time, I have been having chest pain after I had weeks of coughing. Each time I breathe, my right chest the area in mid breast is painful as if I broke a bone. Could by coughing excessively broke a bone on the chest or rib area? I know that if a bone is broke, I definitely could not walk.
