Hi. I Have Endometriosis And Am On My Cycle. I

Hi.
I have endometriosis and am on my cycle. I have stage 4. The pain in my abdomen gets worse every menstrual cycle. Today I cannot poo and I have to really push my wee out and it hurts my whole abdomen when I wee. My stomach is really sore. I feel nauseous and have a lagging headache. It's getting worse. Is it serious? I very dizzy too
