Hi I Have Excessive Burping And A Frothy Saliva Comes

Hi I have excessive burping and a frothy saliva comes up, feels like I have a bit of pressure in my right eye and feels like my right ear is blocked it only happens at night furing the day its under control I am using Lansoloc 30mg every morning. I have been on a course of amoxil and metranidazole, please advise what the possible cause of this can be as I am having sleepless nights
