Hi I Have Excessive Neck Sweating At Night, Drenches The

Hi I have excessive neck sweating at night, drenches the pillow, also somenights I feel like I have something stuck in my throat. Most nights I feel like I need to burp but can't and occasionally I am nearly sick but bring up clear liquid with a very bitter taste. The one were it feels like somthing is stuck in my throat is very unpleasant especially when I'm trying to sleep, are all of these linked and does it sound like I have a problem? Regards Khaled
