Hi. I Have Experienced A Meth Overdose And I Was

Hi. I have experienced a meth overdose and i was pretty out of it. The next day i was light head to the point i lost my hearing and at one point i got so light head i felt like iwas going to faint. So i sat down and my vision went black but then i felt my head feel like it was relieved of the sweating i did and the water i drank. Then i was alright. Now my head feels sore and my left ear feels weird. The inside of my ear. My neck also feels sore too. Could my brain be recovering from the damage? Should i seek medical attention??
