Hi, I Have Extreme Back Pain. It Has Started To

Hi, I have extreme back pain. It has started to limit my movements and it cracks severely. WebMD comes up with stuff I know is extremely unlikely so I wanted a professional opinion. Please help!!! I'm currently having to take Advil regularly to try to dull the pain, but I think I've built up a tolerance to that over time and now the pain is constant.
