Hi, I Have Fatigue, Constant Dehydration No Matter How Much

Hi, I have fatigue, constant dehydration no matter how much water I drink I get sharp stabbing pains around my liver/ bladder area and sometimes in my chest. My muscles and joints are always sore no matter what and I get headaches a lot too which I just relate to the dehydration but I’m not sure. Any chance these symptoms put together could be something?
