Hi, I Have Fever Ranging From 99.5 To 103.5 Since

Hi,
I have fever ranging from 99.5 to 103.5 since Friday
Doctor gave me Augmentin 1gm twice daily with Tylenol 1000 mg since yesterday morning.
Fever keeps coming back after 3 to 4 hours. Taking Blood Thinners too
Should I wait more for antibiotic to kick in or go to emergency now?
