Hi I Have Fibroids, I Had Unprotected Sex On January

Hi I have fibroids, I had unprotected sex on January 11 2015. I did pregnancy tests three pregnancy test that came back negative. 15 weeks has gone by my breast are tender, sore, sensitive and feels full. In this past week I have been feeling butterfly sensations in my lower stomach area. I also felt my stomach pulsating during the butterfly sensation this afternoon. I am thinking I could be little over 3 months pregnant.
