Hi I Have Fibromyalfia, Cfs, With Arthritis In My Hips,

Hi I have fibromyalfia, cfs, with arthritis in my hips, knees, ankles. I just got diagnosed with Dercum's disease and or adioisis dolarosa on my spine before my hips. I don't understand what this disease is and am scared my doc want me to go to see pain management and get injections. I am scared.
