Hi I Have Fibromyalgia And I Take Amytriptaline Daily, I

Hi I have fibromyalgia and I take amytriptaline daily, I have low blood pressure but lately I have had many episodes where I go faint, dizzy, light headed and have floating things in front of my eyes, could this be my blood pressure? Or more likely the fibromyalgia? Many thanks
