Hi... I Have First Pregnancy With Hole In Skull So

Hi... I have first pregnancy with hole in skull so it was aborted. Afterthat I have girl child in december 2011. After that one pregnancy with mild bleeding at 1.5 monthe so took medicine for abortion. After this two missed abortion at 2 months. All reports of mine like Antiphospholipid and Ig are normal,no thyroid, normal uterus with normal menstrual cycle. So please tell me what may be possible risk factors
