Hi. I Have Found A Small Lump On My Upper

Hi. I have found a small lump on my upper leg close to my groin. My skin is purple where the lump is located. I did squeeze it and some pus came out but the lump has not gone away. It only hurts if I squeeze it. Just wondering what it could be. Thank you.
