Hi I Have Gotten A Biopsy On My Lower Left

Hi I have gotten a biopsy on my lower left jaw inside my mouth near the teeth 4-5 days ago and been smoking weed. I haven't been smoking out of joints but a bong and a pipe with loose packed bowls so I wouldn't have to suck that much. I just looked at the stitching and wound and there's yellow near it what does that mean. Is it possible I can get mouth cancer. I don't smoke cigarettes but I would also want to know of I can continue smoking marijuana. My wound dosent hurt and I don't feel a fever please help me.
