Hi, I Have Had 2 Infected Ingrown Toenails For The

Hi, I have had 2 infected ingrown toenails for the past few months and have an appointment for their removal, but I have noticed that I have had a bunch of small infections pop up, a simple hangnail is now super infected, I have a swollen stye in my left eye, and a lymph nope in my groin area is swollen and is causing pain when walking and down my leg, I was wondering why this could be happening?
