Hi, I Have Had 4 Episodes Of My Arm Going

Hi, I have had 4 episodes of my arm going numb and when I move my arm it just goes wild - if I think lift arm slowly it just flies up so I think stop and it flys down etc . It last about 2-3 minutes- oh and I can not move my figures much and can not pick anything up?
