Hi. I Have Had A Back Problem For 4 Years..l4

Hi. I have had a back problem for 4 years..l4 l5 disc bulge spondalythesis and severe arthritis in same area. Recently i have had a servere pain and inflammation in my right knee so far for 6 days I had a blood test CRP was 126 . White blood cells normal. Could the knee be related to the back. Could the high CRP be caused from my back
