Hi,
I have had a bad case of cold 2 weeks back. Have been in Beijing for a work trip. So, too some chinese medicines for cold. I'm recovered of the cold and fever now. However, I have this heavy head feeling with a sensation of my ears being blocked. I need to take a long haul flight back home. Worried about the block ears. Is there something I can do before i board the flight?
