Hi, I Have Had A Continual Problem With Chronic Constipation

Hi, I have had a continual problem with chronic constipation which cause really bad nausea and vomiting. It is not always frequent, but I haven't eaten anything that would generally cause me to be constipated and I have been taking miralax and drinking water consistentlyto combat it. Today I had a reoccurrence, and after holding it down all day, I came home and became feverish and achy. I still have not passed anything after prune juice and water and I am in a lot of pain. I am 23
