Hi, I Have Had A Cough For 3weeks And Recently

Hi, I have had a cough for 3weeks and recently have been suffering from a horrible pain in my throat especially when I swallow which I seem to be needing to do more often. As the sore throat started I coughed up a little bit of blood but it soon stopped. I could then feel something at the back of my throat, I looked inside to find what looks to be a bit of my tonsil hanging off. It keeps attaching itself to my uvula and going towards the back of my throat. What should I do?
