Hi, I Have Had A Hard Bone Like Bump Behind

Hi, I have had a hard bone like bump behind my uvula for as long as I can remember. I have thought it was supposed to be like that until lately. My throat has been popping when I swallow and it's been harder to breathe at night. This has happened before but it usually just goes away. Thank you.
