Hi, I Have Had A Lump In My Anal Area

Hi, I have had a lump in my anal area since 31st Dec, which I presumed was piles. I've been using cream since then but no change in size at all and I'm also late with my period, 4 days with negative test. Anything jump out with these symptoms? Getting quite concerned now.
