Hi I Have Had A Lump On The Inside Of

Hi I have had a lump on the inside of my eye for a very long time it's not always sore but sometimes and also I have what seems to be like a black head on the lower part of eye lid and I can see black dot and I have recently just had to get glasses as my eye sight has changed what could this be
