Hi, I Have Had A Lumpectomy And Removal Of 2

Hi, I have had a lumpectomy and removal of 2 x lymph nodes for breast cancer which was done in 2013. I have tightness, pulling and pain and lumpiness in these areas. Mammograms and Ultrasound show that it is scar tissue. Is there anything that I can do to get rid of scar tissue and reduce the pain?
