Hi, I Have Had A Mole Just Under My Breast

Hi, I have had a mole just under my breast on my rib cage for as long as I can remember, it has always been raised but over the last month it's raised a little more but it squishy and can be pulled and moved around.
It also hurts/stings when anything touches it. I went to the Dr on Monday and she didn't really asses it she just said she'll try freezing it off, which I didn't think was right for her to do. it hasn't changed since then and still hurts
