Hi! I Have Had A Pain Above My Right Knee

Hi! I have had a pain above my right knee for several days it gets worse at night and also when going down stairs. The pain over the last couple of days has also spread to all my joints. This mostly happens at night when I am sleeping. It wakes me up several times during the night and it is very hard to go back to sleep.
