Hi, I Have Had A Plantar Fibroma (foot Tumor) In

Hi, I have had a plantar fibroma (foot tumor) in the past and got surgery to remove it. It came back about last year and really has not bothered me until recently. I have been in a lot of pain and I am unable to make myself doctor appointments and my mom really doesnt think it is a big deal. I wanted to know what my limitations on exercising would be and how soon I need to see a doctor.
