Hi I Have Had A Rash Across My Face And

Hi I have had a rash across my face and forehead,aching joints and muscles,I also have a sore rash different to my face on my back. I feel run down and sometimes a bit sick. I also have a sore inside my nose which has been there for 2 weeks and have had 3 to4 alcers in my mouth. This has been going on for 4 weeks . I've had blood tests that are normal.
