Hi, I Have Had A Really Large, Third Nipple-esque Mole

Hi, I have had a really large, third nipple-esque mole on my inner thigh (bikini line) since I was a child. It has grown, but not changed too much. However, it is raised, and looks a bit like a mushroom now, and I am wondering whether I should have it looked at and removed?
