Hi I Have Had A Red Raised Rash On My

Hi I have had a red raised rash on my hand for about 15yrs I had a biopsy about 10yrs ago and it came back saying I had leprosy I have been seeing another doctor for about 8yrs I have told him about the biopsy and he has been giving me different ointments but they seem to be making the rash worse can you please tell me what other treatments are available if so...thank you
