Hi, I Have Had A Skin Tag For Years Now

Hi, I have had a skin tag for years now it used to be thin and flat but recently started to go bigger, yesterday I noticed it had a ball of clear fluid round it, I burst it an the skin tag is more round ball now, today the ball of fluid has come back around it what is it?
