Hi, I Have Had A Swelling In Front And Behind

Hi, I have had a swelling in front and behind of my left ear and jawline going on 2 weeks now. Done a CT scan but everything is fine with glands, nodes, arteries and thyroid. It just showed a fluid buildup and now its going under the jawline and gets really hard with I try and eat. What can this be because of? I will see a specialist as soon as they call me but just worried a bit. All of my blood work if also good.
