Hi I Have Had A Ultrasound To See Where My

Hi I have had a ultrasound to see where my mirena coil had gone as the strings were not visible is it possible the coil could have fallen out ? when I had the scan done it has come back
Left ovary/adnexa not visualised
Uterus....poor visualised, coil is not visualised
RIF/LIF......no free fluid and lastly suboptimal visualisation due to patient body habitus and previous surgery.
I was also asked had I had any children ?? And told my womb was very small
