Hi, I Have Had An Anti Rabies Injection Last 2013.

Hi, I have had an anti rabies injection last 2013. The injection is supposed to be given in both of my arms once a week for four weeks. I only received the first and second week of injection since during the 3rd week, the vaccine was not available anymore (and the dog that licked my wound apparently is very much alive and healthy). 2 years later (now), my cat accidentally bit me during his play. It was just a light scratch but no blood. 2 days of observation, my cat is very healthy and seemed normal. He has good appetite and was not associated with another animal other than my vaccinated dog. So, do I still need to have an anti rabies injection? -Bash, Philippines.
