Hi, I Have Had An Hematuria (blood In My Urine)

Hi, I have had an hematuria (blood in my urine) for almost 3 months now, i got a test done and it says I got 2 bacterias: "Enterococcus" and "Citrobacter diversus" ..I'm so nervous and scared, is this urine track infection bad? What meds do I need to get rid of these bacterias?? Please help D:
