Hi I Have Had An In Growin Hair On My

Hi I have had an in growin hair on my bum it's been there about 6 mnth it's leaking alot worse...I can push on it and it releases piss n then eventually blood it's jus below and to the right of my cocsics bone...what will happen if I leave it? I had 1 before but this 1 seems worse thanks david
