Hi! I Have Had An Itch Just Inside The Anal

Hi! I have had an itch just inside the anal area for the last few months. It started after my boyfriend put his finger inside there. Tried taking a one off worm treatment tablet but it hasnt worked. Using a alcohol wipe seems to reduce the itch for a while. But my stomach feels bloated and uncomfortable and feels like there is a lot of gas. If it were worms, has the alcohol somehow made them move in the opposite direction of the anal opening and move further up my gut and intestines causing the discomfort in my stomach? How can I completely get rid of the itch?
