Hi , I Have Had An Ultrasound Of My Foot

Hi , I have had an ultrasound of my foot and the report says: the distal third fibres of the posterior tibial is tendon and sheath are thickened and hypoechoic with increased vascularity on colour Doppler imaging. Furthermore within the thickened fibres there is a 5 x3x4mm anechoic cleft. Can you tell me in lay mans terms what this means? Thanks
