Hi, I Have Had An Unusual Sensation Of Tenderness/numbness In

Hi, I have had an unusual sensation of tenderness/numbness in my left heel running up along the back of my heel/leg. I have been feeling unwell since Thursday with flu like symptoms - swollen gland in my neck, chills and aches all over my body, tiredness. Then other times feeling way too hot and sweating. Thankfully flu symptoms seem to be improving however my heel is still tender all day for no apparent reason. I have been trying to rest properly over the last couple of days and prolonged periods of time on my feet made me feel tired/fatigued. Was just concerned about possibility of a blood clot?
