Hi I Have Had Bad Left Side Of My Neck

Hi I have had bad left side of my neck for like month now n been to physical therapy n massage n chiropractor work done n nothing helps n my thigh muscles burn when I walk n stand . I go to therapy for them too.. today I feel cold n chilled n feet cold n had cold hands too n its 67 degree in my house. Reason I'm asking is because my girlfriend said she wondered if I could have a partly blocked artery in my neck maybe causing pain on left side of my neck n maybe why chills n cold feet starting etc. She got me nervous. I'm 47 yrs old male n 6'1 ft n 260 pounds. Thank you
