Hi: I Have Had Both Shoulders Operated On With One

Hi:
I have had both shoulders operated on with one a labrum tear and the other a Rotator cuff tear, along with 3 back surgeries with hardware at the L/2/3/4/5/, S1. It has been 10 years and I am having severe pain in the lower back that is in both my legs. Down the left leg but only in the top of the right leg in the front. I have been on Percocet 5/325 for several years and this no longer helps. Any help as to what to take or do now?
