Hi, I Have Had Constant Bad Skin On My Cheeks

Hi, I have had constant bad skin on my cheeks for ages now but on my left cheek September till now it has been horrific. I have had a constant different spot in the same place, it started off a massive red spot that took ages to pop it all out and now I've just got this constant spot that I can't explain. It's not even a spot it's like 3 different bumps that won't pop and just won't go away and I've had it for months now and I just want it off my face as it looks awful and I can't even cover it up with makeup because it's bumpy!
