Hi, I Have Had Inflamation In The Throat For 8

Hi, I have had inflamation in the throat for 8 months seen specialist and that said it was acid reflux but pills that give me do not work, it seems to react more with dairy, eggs and coconut, I also get a red rash under arms that comes and go,s, top of mouth gets inflamed as well always licking top of mouth, and also tiers all the time with red sore eyes. Can you put me in wright direction, thanks
