Hi, I Have Had Involuntary Twitching Of My Right Eye

Hi, I have had involuntary twitching of my right eye lid for the past week. My lip has now started twitching, should I get this checked out?

I've previously had a cholestrotoma, mastoid surgery and a Tympanoplasty. I have also slipped disc l5 s1 in the past couple of weeks. Not sure if these are connected?
