Hi I Have Had Itchy Nipple For A While But

Hi I have had itchy nipple for a while but I never paid attention until recently about 1 or 2 months ago I noticed a small crusty spot on my areola which has gotten bigger and I am seeing more spots like that but only on one of my breasts. My mother died due to breast cancer when she was in her 40s and I am 40 now. Also I am trying not to scratch my nipple and I put anti-itching cream but it is still itchy.
